Cancellation and Refund

LION TOUR DUBAI

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE POLICY

This Agreement is between Lion Tour Dubai (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

1. Scope

This policy covers the cancellation, refund and change conditions of all tours, transfers, activities, tickets and package services offered by Lion Tour Dubai.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • The reservation is finalized upon receipt of full payment or specified prepayment.

  • Reservations without payment are not considered valid.

3. Cancellations by the Customer

For cancellations made by the customer according to the tour/activity start time, the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour date:
    → 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • 48 – 72 hours before the cancellation:
    → 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • 24 – 48 hours before the cancellation:
    → No refund.

  • Cancellations, no-shows within the last 24 hours:
    → No refunds.

Note: Cancellation and refund terms may vary for special events, VIP tours, ticketed events and services connected to a third party provider. This will be notified to the customer at the time of booking.

4. Change Requests

  • Date or time change requests made at least 48 hours before the tour date may be considered free of charge or with an additional fee depending on availability.

  • Changes within the last 48 hours are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations by the Company

Lion Tour Dubai;

  • Weather conditions,

  • Security,

  • Force majeure,

  • For technical or operational reasons

reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour. In this case

  • Full refund to the customer or

  • Alternative date/service is offered with customer approval.

6. Lateness and non-participation

  • Customers who are late for the tour time or not present at the specified meeting point are considered as no-show.

  • In this case, no refund will be made.

7. Return Process

  • Approved refunds are processed by the method of payment.

  • Depending on the bank and payment providers, the refund period may take 7-14 business days.

  • Commission and transaction fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Lion Tour Dubai is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the customer’s personal belongings, state of health or any other fault of the customer.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai).
The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing services from Lion Tour Dubai, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and accepts this cancellation and refund policy.
