LION TOUR DUBAI<\/h2>\n

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE POLICY<\/p>\n

This Agreement is between Lion Tour Dubai<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).<\/p>\n

1. Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This policy covers the cancellation, refund and change conditions of all tours, transfers, activities, tickets and package services offered by Lion Tour Dubai.<\/p>\n

2. Reservation and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    The reservation is finalized upon receipt of full payment or specified prepayment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reservations without payment are not considered valid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Cancellations by the Customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    For cancellations made by the customer according to the tour\/activity start time, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour date:<\/strong>
      \u2192 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      48 – 72 hours before the cancellation:<\/strong>
      \u2192 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      24 – 48 hours before the cancellation:<\/strong>
      \u2192 No refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Cancellations, no-shows within the last 24 hours:<\/strong>
      \u2192 No refunds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n

      Note:<\/strong> Cancellation and refund terms may vary for special events, VIP tours, ticketed events and services connected to a third party provider. This will be notified to the customer at the time of booking. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

      4. Change Requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Date or time change requests made at least 48 hours before<\/strong> the tour date may be considered free of charge or with an additional fee depending on availability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Changes within the last 48 hours are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Cancellations by the Company<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Lion Tour Dubai;<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Weather conditions,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Security,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Force majeure,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          For technical or operational reasons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour. In this case <\/p>\n

            Full refund<\/strong> to the customer or<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Alternative date\/service is offered with customer approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Lateness and non-participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              Customers who are late for the tour time or not present at the specified meeting point are considered as no-show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              In this case, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              • \n

                Approved refunds are processed by the method of payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Depending on the bank and payment providers, the refund period may take 7-14 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Commission and transaction fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                Lion Tour Dubai is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the customer’s personal belongings, state of health or any other fault of the customer.<\/p>\n

                9. Applicable Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai)<\/strong>.
                The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties.<\/p>\n

                10. Acceptance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                By purchasing services from Lion Tour Dubai, the Client acknowledges that he\/she has read, understands and accepts this cancellation and refund policy.<\/p>\n
